María Camila worked with traditional Amazigh ceramists during this time. For 15 days, the artist lived, ate, and communicated with the women through clay. They taught her the unique properties of this material, different from the clay she had worked with before. Although it is resilient, this clay is not very elastic, requiring numerous hours of work to mold and shape. Throughout this process, the installation Rfag n’timgharine was created, a constellation of pieces reflecting the network that exists among these women, who have supported each other throughout their lives, sharing knowledge from generation to generation.

L’appartement 22.
