Esencia is the new sibling of drinkery house – the new way to drink with Sips. The space wanted to go beyond the standard cocktail and explore a fresh approach. The menu is organized into sequences, with a unique concept behind each one. It’s like a tasting menu, but for drinks. Aa new way to enjoy a drink that’s both fun and reflective.
